The art of illumination

The bespoke dining room pendant light makes a show-stopping statement and is a fascinating talking point in this room dedicated to entertainment. With its uniquely shaped orbs perched on antiqued brass stems, it is a distinctly modern interpretation of the traditional glass chandelier. Its organic sculptural qualities respond perfectly to the contemporary artworks in the room.

The piece was lovingly manufactured by a British company and carefully assembled on site. And its creation was a journey of experimentation and deliberation. Several glass-blowing techniques were tested before the unique bubble effect was chosen, and dealing with the weight of the finished fitting was a special challenge for our structural engineer.
